We welcome praise and advice and even criticism but all posted content and ratings should be constructive in nature. Event Description
The Bihar Energy Expo 2026 will bring together key stakeholders from across the energy ecosystem to drive collaboration, showcase investment opportunities, and explore solutions for the state’s evolving energy landscape. The expo will serve as a strategic platform for policymakers, utilities, developers, investors, EPCs, technology providers, and energy-intensive industries to exchange insights, build partnerships, and contribute to Bihar’s sustainable energy transition.
Bihar is witnessing increasing momentum across solar energy, distributed generation, rooftop solar, energy efficiency and grid infrastructure, supported by the state’s growing electricity demand and expanding industrial and commercial activity. With significant potential for solar development and a growing focus on strengthening transmission and distribution infrastructure, Bihar is creating new opportunities for renewable energy developers, technology companies and investors.
The expo will spotlight emerging opportunities across utility-scale solar, rooftop and distributed energy, solar for agriculture, energy storage, green energy solutions, transmission & distribution, smart grids and digital energy technologies. As Bihar continues to strengthen its industrial ecosystem and attract new investments, reliable, affordable and sustainable power will play an increasingly important role in supporting economic growth and enabling new energy-intensive industries.
With major investments and infrastructure developments—including the ₹51,000 crore data centre project in Patna—driving future electricity demand, Bihar Energy Expo 2026 will provide an important platform to connect industry leaders with emerging business opportunities across the state. The expo will facilitate meaningful discussions around policy, investment, technology adoption, energy infrastructure and industrial decarbonisation, while helping shape the next phase of Bihar’s energy journey.
