Every organization and everyone can submit to Rate It Green's green building calendar! Simply click register, verify your email address, and create a username and password. You can then decide if you'd like to engage more fully as a community member, but you'll be able to post events.

We welcome praise and advice and even criticism but all posted content and ratings should be constructive in nature. For guidance on what constitutes suitable content on the Rate It Green site, please refer to the User Agreement and Site Rules.

Event Description
Whether you are pursuing green building certification, trying to comply with code, or want to have a good paper trail, onsite inspections with photo documentation are key to telling a story about home performance or lack thereof and ensuring good documentation and verification.
We will review lessons learned from 10,000 Ekotrope ONSITE inspections through the lens of energy rating index verification and discuss what you need to know!
Lessons Learned -
1. Understand that thorough on-site inspections with photo documentation contribute significantly to healthier living environments by identifying potential risks that impact residents' well-being and how it assists in documenting LEED BD+C V4 Homes EA Prerequisite Minimum Energy Performance.
2. Analyze the data from inspections to ensure safety compliance, as consistent verification helps mitigate hazards that could arise in home performance, ensuring good verification of LEED BD+C V4 Homes EQ Prerequisite Ventilation
3. Introduce improved maintenance/rehab ability over time through access to detailed construction photos and documentation, ensuring that homes remain safe and comfortable for occupants over time and lending to setting up the LEED V4.1 Residential EA Prerequisite Education of Homeowner, Tenant, or Building Manager
4. Articulate the importance of comprehensive documentation during inspections to foster transparency and trust among stakeholders in the pursuit of improved home performance.
