Key factors, such as energy efficiency, air sealing, and insulation, reduce energy use, improve air quality, and increase comfort. High-performance homes use less energy, making electrification smoother and more sustainable.

This class is the fourth in a series on Electrification and Home Performance, covering the requirements and concepts behind QII testing.
