Event Description

Join the Massachusetts Clean Energy Center for the 2026 Drive Electric Massachusetts Symposium, taking place on Wednesday, June 10, 2026, at the AC Hotel Worcester. This event will bring together leaders from government, utilities, industry, and regional organizations to discuss the latest programs, policies, and initiatives advancing electric transportation across Massachusetts.

The Symposium will feature presentations and panel discussions focused on key topics shaping the future of electric mobility, including EV programs, charging infrastructure expansion, and fleet electrification.

Symposium Sessions -

  • State of EV Programs Overview: This multi-speaker presentation will provide a high-level overview of EV programs and initiatives across Massachusetts. Representatives from key state agencies will share updates on current programs, funding opportunities, and priorities supporting EV adoption and infrastructure development statewide.

  • Expanding EV Charging Infrastructure Across Massachusetts: This panel will explore current efforts to expand reliable and accessible EV charging infrastructure across the state. Panelists will discuss public charging deployment, utility programs, regional planning initiatives, and emerging solutions such as curbside charging, along with key challenges and opportunities for communities.

  • Programs for Fleets – Fleet Electrification and Services: This panel will highlight programs, resources, and real-world experiences supporting fleet electrification. Speakers will share insights on technical assistance, funding opportunities, utility support, and lessons learned from organizations transitioning their fleets to electric vehicles.
