Every organization and everyone can submit to Rate It Green's green building calendar! Simply click register, verify your email address, and create a username and password. You can then decide if you'd like to engage more fully as a community member, but you'll be able to post events.

We welcome praise and advice and even criticism but all posted content and ratings should be constructive in nature. In this course, you will delve into the intricacies of green, high-performing buildings, exploring elements such as building design, operational strategies, project location, and materials selection. You'll also gain insights into the expanding realm of green jobs, a vital component of this sustainable transition. Upon successful completion of a 25-question exam following the class, attendees will receive a certificate of completion.
Learning Objectives:
John Ambert, RA, NCARB, LEED Fellow, BPI, GPRO, LFA, is a licensed architect, LEED Fellow, and sustainability strategist with over 18 years of experience delivering high-performance buildings across the United States. John has worked on more than 100 spanning education, labs, corporate, industrial, and mission-critical facilities. John is the founder and principal of Studio Verde Inc, where he leads sustainability and green building implementation for design and construction teams across the US. He brings a rare owner-architect-contractor perspective and is recognized for his expertise in electrification, decarbonization, and the practical implementation of sustainability strategies to help teams deliver efficient, resilient, human-centered buildings.
